These Dru Yoga sessions are designed to support and enhance the energy of winter by focusing on building inner and outer strength and courage. The movements will replenish your resources, allowing you to move fearlessly into the future.
We begin each session with gentle activations and body preps. The series will include an Energy Block Release Sequence unique to Dru, known as the "Heart Awakener". Also, traditional yogic postures and breath work, a beautiful Inner Fire Sequence to warm up your days and nights, and a final restorative relaxation. DRU YOGA IS THERAPEUTIC AND AVAILABLE FOR EVERY ONE WHETHER BEGINNER OR SEASONED YOGA PRACTITIONER, ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS.

Colonel Drew flew onboard Space Shuttle Endeavour on mission STS-118 in August 2007. He is currently in training to fly on STS-133 onboard the Space Shuttle Discovery. This mission is scheduled to be the LAST SPACE SHUTTLE LAUNCH EVER taking place on September 16, 2010. Do not miss this opportunity to meet Alvin and learn first- hand why humans explore space, the amazing training it takes to prepare for a mission and what the future of human spaceflight holds. Alvin knew he wanted to be an astronaut the day his Principal brought a TV into the classroom to watch the Apollo Astronauts land on the moon when he was 5 1/2 years old. Penticton performer Gail Riddall continues to realize her dream with the release of her second CD. Heart Strings and Guitar Things, Riddall’s latest 12-song project, includes two songs written by Riddall and one original by Kyle Anderson. Riddall, totally blind since she was young, retired from her day job and decided she wanted to compose and perform her music professionally. Following the release of her first CD, Ms. Gail Sings, Riddall sold out two concerts in 2008 and 2009. She will again be joined onstage by producer Kyle Anderson.
