Roommate Needed to Share 2 Bedroom Home (South Penticton)

I'm a 46yr old quiet, single, female smoker on disability with a 2 bedroom home. I have a furnished bedroom for rent for $600.00 a month (or you can bring your own bedroom stuff, doesn't matter to me)... for a quiet (non partying) male or female with a good sense of humour. If you do party...it has to be elsewhere and not in my home.
Utilities and cable included, washer/dryer, AC, and your own washroom. Kitchen and living area are shared. Close to bus, Walmart and Skaha beach.
Unlike every other landlord in this city...Smokers are welcome and you must like cats because I have 2 of them...uh, and a few strays that come around. If you have a cat(s), that's okay if they're indoor/outdoor as mine are.
