Waves of Art Hair Salon
Welcome to Waves of Art, an oasis for hair care, relaxation and local art. The salon was created by Lori Phillips in 2006, and she is the owner and operator.
Lori is a skilled Stylist with 23 years of experience and and is possibly the busiest stylist this city has. Lori is fully versed in the use of the “Joico” line of products and colour treatments.
Lee Shadenbury joined Lori at Waves of Art in December 2008. Lee has 42 years of experience in Hairdressing. Originally from London, England, Lee relocated to Penticton after working in Vancouver for 24 years. Along with Lori, Lee uses the “Joico” line of colour exclusively.

When I came to Penticton in 1992 I needed a hairdresser as I have my hair done every week. I liked the way my neighbour wore her hair, and discovered Lori was her stylist. I’ve never had any reason to change – she is the best!!!
